You or your employer has selected an insurance policy. As a courtesy to our patients, we bill your insurance company after you or your family member has been seen for an office visit. Therefore, it is very important that every patient have a good understanding of their own insurance policy and benefits. We make every effort to provide quality medical care, but any non covered benefits are the patients’ responsibility. Therefore, we encourage our patients to be very aware and if need be, contact their insurance company to ask specific questions about their coverage before the services are provided.
